New articles on CBT in eating disorders

Just after posting my article on key references in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Eating Disorders, I came across three new articles which are relevant to this area, all in recent issues of the International Journal of Eating Disorders. I've updated the post with these new articles and they are also listed below.

It's great to see so much new work coming out on this important subject.
