Who is EDR?
EDR is run by Lucy Serpell, a clinical and research psychologist based in London, UK.
Since 1994 I've run some kind of website of eating disorder resources on the web. EDR is the latest incarnation of this, and aims to be a clearing house for the latest ED info and research.
I aim to focus specifically on information relevant to the UK and Europe, as there's a great deal out there aimed at North American readers. But I welcome suggestions for links and articles from readers across the globe.
I worked in the field of eating disorders for 6 years, completing a PhD on cognitive processes in anorexia nervosa at the Institute of Psychiatry in London. I am currently about to finish clinical psychology training at University College London
