ECED Innsbruck 2005: Update

The European Council on Eating Disorders 2005 meeting will be held from September 7-9, 2005 in Innsbruck, Austria

I've just been informed that the conference organisers have extended the abstract submission deadline for papers and posters till June 30, 2005.

The conference will include the following debates:
Ø Manualized treatments are to good therapy what cheap ready to wear clothes are to bespokened made-to-measure clothes. (Robert Palmer & Christopher Fairburn)

Ø DSM and ICD should include obesity as an eating disorder.

Ø The treatment of AN has no impact on the natural history of the disorder.
